Goulburn Valley River Cruise – please note change of date

River Cruise

Departing from Epping Memorial Hall at 9.00 am sharp and returning at 5.00 pm. we’re off to a River Cruise on Wednesday 25th March 2020. Members: $83.00 per person (non-refundable), Non-Members; $88.00 (non-refundable). Payment to be made by 4th March at Peter Lalor College office.     Trip details – We travel via the Goulburn Valley Highway to Nagambie where we board the Goulburn Explorer at Nagambie Leisure Park and cruise through the scenic waterways and the Goulburn River.  The cruise is a return trip back to the Leisure Park and will include lunch on board. We then continue our journey by coach to the Chateau Tahbilk.   Lunch consists of mixed sandwiches & wraps, mini dim sims, cocktail spring rolls with dipping sauce and fruit platters. You will have some free time for tasting and a chance to browse around this historic winery before our return journey to Epping.  History–  Chateau Tahbilk is Victoria’s oldest continually operating winery which was established in 1860. There are 200 hectares under which includes the rare French Rhone Valley whites of Marsanne and Roussane.
