Membership Renewal for 2022
View 2022 Courses from Monday 15 November 2021.
- View the courses online via our website from 15 November
- Make a note of your Course/Activity selection/s for enrolment day
Notifications
Members will be advised early – mid November 2021 by email and / or mail

Enrolments 2022 Open – Thursday 2 December 2021
- If NOT online
- post your enrolment form to Whittlesea U3A (address below) with cheque or bank transfer payment reference (plan for the mail to arrive before 2/12/2021, where possible)
- enrolments will be available for face to face enrolments between 10am and 4pm, Thursday 2 December at the Senior Citizens, May Rd, Lalor (behind the Lalor Library)
- If Online
- Login to the Membership System after 10.00am, Thursday 2 December 2021 to select your Courses/Activities and pay using PayPal, send cheque to Whittlesea U3A or bank transfer (address below)

Enrolment dates/times
Enrolments open 10.00am, 2 December 2021
Enrolments will not have a cut off period this year.

Special Course Notes
Some courses/activities will initially have all enrolments Wait Listed.
Members are encouraged to re-enrol early to minimise the risk of missing out getting into your preferred course / activity.
Line Dancing
- Until late December 2021 when venue details are (hopefully) clearer members are requested to limit their selection of a Dance class to 1 class. Members will initially be on the Wait List.
- Some other courses will initially have all enrolments on Wait List till details are confirmed.
Acceptance into the course will be sent by email or post in January 2022.
Course/Activity Confirmation 2021
Confirmation of your Courses/Activities enrolments will be sent with the January 2022 Welcome Pack. Name tags for the New Year will be included. The Welcome Pack is scheduled to be sent around 20 January 2022.
Information sessions for Online Enrolments
You are welcome to attend either of the information sessions for those who like to enrol online. Invitations will be sent to all Active members by email.

Membership Subscription Fees 2022
Membership Fees for 2022 are
- Full Member $50.00
- Associate $30.00 – proof of Full membership of another U3A required
- Tutor / Leader N/A
Subscription Payment Options
Online payments via PayPal. Online payments of the Whittlesea U3A subscription fees can be made using PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or Credit/Debit Card without having to create a PayPal account. There are step by step instructions on how to use PayPal for enrolments and re-enrolments on the Whittlesea U3A website on the Membership menu.
Bank Transfer. The Whittlesea U3A Invoice will show the BSB and Account number as well as the Reference Number to use.
Cash. If you If you would prefer to go to a bank or Post Office, please use the enclosed Westpac Deposit Form sent by mail. Refer the details below.
