On Friday, 19 July Whittlesea U3A members were treated to a lovely day out with a fun group of people.

The Noorilim Estate was a wonderful mansion full of interesting works of art and furnishings.  It was a great surprise to see paintings by Arthur Boyd, Sydney Nolan and Brett Whiteley to name a few.  The gardens were beautiful and the weather was kind enough to allow us to take a walk around the lake opposite the mansion.

Lunch at the Sports Club in Nagambie was enjoyable and we had time for a stroll around this old country town before heading home.
