The key dates and other information for the re-enrolment and new member enrolment process for 2017 is outlined below.

                                    Enrolment period 1st – 8th December 2016 – refer Office Hours below
          “Not Online” members           “Online” members
·         Complete Enrolment Form

·         Attend WU3A office, 2b May Road, Lalor

          with payment*,   OR,

·         Mail Enrolment Form*

          with cheque to Whittlesea U3A,

          P O Box 58, South Morang, Victoria 3752

·         Login to membership system

·         Select Course/s

·         Make payment online using

          PayPal or credit/debit card, OR,

·         Payment to office or post within 2 weeks

*Attend during the Enrolment period above or mail to be received during the Enrolment period.


The Whittlesea U3A office will be open for members who want to attend in person to enrol. 

The Office hours are:-
10:00am to 4:00pm Thursday 1 December
12:30noon to 4:00pm Tuesday 6 December
10:00am to 4:00pm Thursday 8 December
Important information

For a few courses, all enrolments will be initially Wait Listed and enrolments will be finalised by Course Coordinators generally, prior to the Christmas break

In other cases, members may be included on a course Wait List but may be included later

Membership system will be offline from 29 November to 1 December and 8 to 15 December for Course Coordinators to finalise allocation of members to classes.


Information sessions on “How to Enrol Online” will be held as indicated below
