Enrolment period 30th November  – 7th December 2017

“Not Online” members “Online” members
  • Complete Enrolment Form
  • Attend WU3A office, 2b May Road, Lalor with payment*,


  • Mail Enrolment Form* with cheque to Whittlesea U3A,
    P O Box 58, South Morang, Victoria 3752
  • Login to membership system
  • Select Course/s
  • Make payment online using
  • PayPal or credit/debit card, OR,
  • Payment to office or post within 2 weeks

*Attend during the Enrolment period above or mail to be received during the Enrolment period.

The Whittlesea U3A office will be open for members who want to attend in person to enrol.

The Whittlesea U3A Office hours during the Enrolment period are:-
10:00am to 4:00pm Thursday 30th November 2017
12:30noon to 4:00pm Tuesday 5 December 2017
10:00am to 4:00pm Thursday 7 December 2017
Important information

For a few courses, all enrolments will be initially Wait Listed and enrolments will be finalised by Course Coordinators generally, prior to the Christmas break.

In other cases, members may be included on a course Wait List but may be accepted to the course later.

The Membership system will be offline from 28 November to 10am, Thursday 30 November  to back up 2017 membership records.  Also, the Membership system will be offline from 8 to 14 December for Course Coordinators to finalise allocation of members to classes.

Information sessions on “How to Enrol Online” will be held as indicated below.

Bring your laptop/tablet/smartphone but not essential.

Late January – members will be advised the courses and activities they are actually enrolled in (can view online).  Members will receive

  • Welcome letter
  • Confirmation of your enrolments – note, confirmation from Course Coordinators is essential before a member can attend a course
  • Name badge
