It is with great sadness we announce the passing of one of our Whittlesea U3A members, Shirley Gething.

Shirley was a founding member of the Bundoora Tennis Club and was Secretary in 1966 and recently attended the 50th year celebrations.

In 2013, Shirley joined Whittlesea U3A where she made a lot of friends with her love of the 500 card game.  She will be greatly missed by her U3A friends.
