HIDE ZERO VALUES ON A WORKSHEET

EXCEL 97-03 Version

To HIDE ZERO values on a worksheet, click on clip_image002 then select clip_image004 and then select the clip_image006 tab, and you will be prompted with a window similar to the following:

To negate the visibility of zero’s, simply un-select the clip_image010 option, and you should end up with clip_image012.

Then click clip_image014 to return to the updated worksheet.

 

EXCEL 2007/2010 Version

Click the ‘Office Button’ clip_image016 and you will then be prompted with a window similar to the following:

Then select clip_image020 and you will then be prompted with a window similar to the following:

Select the clip_image024 option and then scroll down until you get to clip_image026

To negate the visibility of zero’s, simply un-select the clip_image028 option and you should end up with clip_image030.

Then click clip_image032 to return to the updated worksheet.
