Update 13 January 2016 – Course allocations are progressing well. A mail out to all active members is scheduled for later next week and members should receive this by early in the week commencing 25 January. Final course allocations, wait list notification (if applicable) as well as 2016 Name Badges and Newsletter will be included. Note the special office hours over the holiday period. Normal office hours resume Tuesday 2 February 2016.
Update 3 January 2016 – Approximately, 30% of our course offerings are full. Late enrolments (after 10 December 2015) may not be able to access to these courses and will be placed on the Wait List.
Update 15 December 2015 – Enrolments re-open after successful Enrolment Period. Members are welcome to view / select additional courses where vacancies exist. New members are welcome to Join and select available courses.

· Select Course/s · Make payment online using PayPal or credit/debit card, OR, · Payment to office or post within 2 weeks |

The Whittlesea U3A office will be open for members who want to attend in person to enrol. The Office hours are
12noon to 4:00pm Tuesday 1 December
10:00am to 4:00pm Thursday 3 December
12:00noon to 4:00pm Tuesday 8 December
10:00am to 4:00pm Thursday 10 December
Enrolments after 4:00pm 10 December will attract a surcharge of $5.00.
Important information
For a few courses, all enrolments will be initially Wait Listed and enrolments will be finalised by Course Coordinators generally, prior to the Christmas break
In other cases, members may be included on a course Wait list but may be included later
Membership system will be offline from 27 November to 1 December and 10 to 17 December
Course Coordinators will finalise allocation of members to classes
Member re-enrol surcharge imposed after 10 December
