PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION REMINDER
U3A Network Victoria is looking at updating its marketing material. We would like to reflect what happens in our member U3As.
We are aware that many of you have photography classes and we extend to all your members and especially your photography class members, the opportunity to take part in this competition. There will not be a prize as such, just the honour of having their photo used in state marketing and promotion of U3A.
We do not want general photos but rather photos of any classes, outings, and events etc, offered by your U3A that will help promote U3A. Any member photographed will need to give their written permission for their photo to appear in U3A publicity. The competition will be open from 1stJune – 22nd September 2017.
Attached is a registration form which each participant will need to complete and return to Network office along with a copy/copies of their photos. The photos will need to be of high quality and will become the property of U3A Network Victoria.

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO COMPETITION:
All photos submitted will need to have the consent of the members in the photo. The photos will remain the property of U3A Network Victoria and may be used in promotion of U3A. Photographs need to be of a high quality in order to be considered. Submit your entries with each picture file to be entitled with your U3A Name for identification. Eg. U3A XYZ – Line Dancing; U3A XYZ – Chair Yoga. A specially set up email address for your competition entries will be provided from 1st June 2017 – 22nd September 2017. Please use this email address only for your entries. Entries to any other email address may not be considered. photocompetition@u3avictoria.com.au You may also send in copies, in accordance with the above, on a USB stick to: Photo Competition U3A Network Victoria Ground Floor – 341 Queen Street MelbourneΔ 3000 If you do send in entries on a USB, it would be helpful to let us know by email so that we can confirm its arrival to you.
